Nationwide delivery
SANAD ships across Bangladesh. Delivery timing and courier availability depend on your location and are confirmed through your order updates. Keep your phone available so our team or courier can reach you.
Before delivery
Please check your order details, address and contact number at checkout. If you need help before dispatch, contact SANAD as soon as possible with your order number.
Exchanges and eligible returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or return. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include the order details. Requests may be refused where an item has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or does not meet hygiene or promotional exclusions.
Refunds
When a return is approved and received, SANAD will review the item and confirm the next step. Any approved refund is processed using the appropriate payment method or another agreed method, subject to delivery and handling charges where applicable.
